Duties and responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Assist clients with policy updates, claims support, and other service-related needs.
- Review client accounts to ensure appropriate coverage is in place.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless service for new and existing clients.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Uphold a positive client experience through professionalism and attentive service.
