We are looking for a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This position involves assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing exceptional service, and maintaining strong client relationships. Duties and responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Assist clients with policy updates, claims support, and other service-related needs.
  • Review client accounts to ensure appropriate coverage is in place.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless service for new and existing clients.
  • Maintain organized and detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Uphold a positive client experience through professionalism and attentive service.

Qualifications

  • A confident, self-motivated individual who works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer and mobile technology proficiency.
  • Must obtain a Property & Casualty license within 60 days of hire.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
