Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the go-to resource for helping clients get the most out of our products/services. Whether it's answering questions, resolving concerns, or guiding them through processes, your mission is to make their experience exceptional.

No insurance license or background needed, we provide full training!

You will be a great fit if you have 1-3+ years of customer service experience (insurance, call center, or retail welcome!), are a great listener and clear communicator, can juggle multiple priorities, want to grow your career in a supportive , team-driven environment, and ready to pivot into something more energizing and long-term!

Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring all interactions are handled with care and attention.
  • educate Clients on services and best practices.
  • Manage customer accounts, including updates and changes as needed.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues or escalate when necessary.
  • Handle outbound calling for follow-ups or promotional activities while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
  • Document all customer interactions in the system accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English is required; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer support or sales is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications effectively.
  • Excellent typing skills for efficient documentation of customer interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone.
  • Familiarity with office environments and practices is beneficial.
  • A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
